Rate Sheet
Retainer packages
Every tier includes the full scope of services listed above. What changes between tiers is project count and filing frequency — not which services are covered.
Tier 01
Starter
$450 / month
1 active project — biweekly filing.
Tier 02 · Most common
Standard
$750 / month
1–2 active projects — weekly or biweekly filing.
Tier 03
Multi-Project
$1,100 / month
2–3 concurrent projects — coordinated filing and reporting across your full project load.
Onboarding
A one-time setup fee of $250 applies to new clients, covering wage determination verification and template setup for your project(s).
A Note On Tiers
A single project with EEO/minority utilization or Targeted Goal Business (TGB) reporting requirements may call for a higher tier than its project count alone would suggest, since that reporting adds filing complexity. I'll flag this during onboarding if it applies to your project.
